Goal Area: Expressive Language

Goal area: Length of Utterance, Following Simple Directions, Vocabulary, Pretend Play

Materials needed: Home items (3 clothing items, 3 fruits, 3 drinks, 3 toys, etc.)

Activity directions:

1. Gather the items
2. Put items in a box
3. Describe what you do with the items
4. Label the category of the related items, present two related and one unrelated object and decide which item doesn’t belong and why
